POLISH LAW

Economic relations between Germany and Poland are growing closer, and not only due to their geographical proximity.

Since the entry of Poland into the European Union in 2004, trade between both countries has grown significantly. Germany has been an important trading partner to Poland for years and Poland’s significance to the German economy has been steadily increasing.

For German companies, Poland represents an attractive manufacturing and investment location. At the same time, Polish companies are becoming more and more active in the German market. We took this development into account early on and opened an office in Katowice in 1994, moving it to Warsaw in 2000.

As a result, we are capable of providing cross-border advice to our clients in all of our practice areas and to support them in the pursuit of their economic objectives, both in Germany and Poland.

Continuing awareness of new requirements – such as changes to legal regulations that result from EU membership – and excellent knowledge of the courts involved are strengths of RWP.

Naturally, we offer our services in Polish as well.
