Therefore, we provide support on all issues in the area of compulsory health insurance physicians’ and professional law, as well as with respect to choosing and implementing the appropriate cooperation form for physicians.

For example, we prepare contracts for professional associations, joint medical practices and medical care centers, and assist during the admission and approval procedures when dealing with the various competent committees and departments of the Association of Compulsory Health Insurance Physicians (Kassenärztliche Vereinigung).

In addition, we advise our clients in all civil law matters relating to medical and paramedical cooperation. We advise and represent our clients in legal disputes as well as when preparing and implementing individual succession plans (replacement procedures, job sharing, sale and acquisition of medical practices).

Finally, in issues related to social law the representation of our clients before the Association of Compulsory Health Insurance Physicans (Kassenärtzliche Vereinigung) or the General Medical Council (Ärztekammer) also forms part of our services.
