M&A Conference

The M&A conference organized by RWP Consult GmbH, which has become a tradition, will celebrate a revival next year. From September 18 to 20, 2026, the meeting of high-caliber internationally active lawyers will take place again in Düsseldorf.

Dr. Andreas Lachmann is already looking forward to the event he launched almost 20 years ago taking place again next year.

The M&A conferences are characterized by a large number of “regulars” from all over Europe.

New participants are of course also very welcome. They will feel at home in the informal atmosphere and will quickly find it easy to get to know the other participants thanks to the friendly format.

On September 18, 2026, we will start with the presentations at 2 p.m. The evening will then conclude with a reception in our offices.

On Saturday, September 19, 2026, we will begin at 10:00 a.m. with exciting lectures, with the formal program ending at around 6:00 p.m. We have then arranged a pleasant evening event at Schloss Hugenpoet (Essen) and transportation there and back by bus.

On Sunday, September 20, 2026, we will conclude the event with a pleasant walk through the city accompanied by coffee and cake.

The participation fee for the entire program is €720 (plus VAT) and €320 (plus VAT) for guests who only wish to participate in the social program.
